As a researcher, I study intergroup relations, judgment and decision-making, and metascience (see Publications). I’m interested in questions such as:
- How does an individual’s social, religious, and geographic context relate to affective polarization (hostility towards people from different political parties)?
- How does the status quo impact our perceptions of the world?
- How can we improve research methods and analyses?
