I am interested in ethical decision-making and food system economics, particularly in context of food away from home. Our current research is investigating the role of transaction costs, and cost-benefit tradeoffs in relation to ethical decision making, and impersonal trust in different food away from home contexts. I am also interested in the interaction of technology in these settings.
