Clara is a PhD student at Rutgers University in the Regulation, Action, and Motivated Perception (RAMP) Lab. She earned her Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Queen’s University in Canada in 2022. She worked as a Research Assistant for the Consortium on Moral-Decision Making and was the Morality and Social Cognition (MASC) Lab Manager at Penn State from 2023-2024. Her research interests include moral judgment and decision-making, particularly how individuals resist temptations or make sacrifices during goal pursuit. Clara is passionate about translational research and how this work can be applied in organizational contexts.
