Simone Tang is an associate professor of organizational behavior at Cornell University. She holds a BA in psychology, an MA in criminology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a PhD from Duke University. She examines how people’s moral values influence their attitudes, judgments, and behaviors. For example, she has studied how feelings of loyalty increase irrational decision-making and the positive and negative consequences of corporate personhood.
