I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Organization at the Smeal College of Business, Penn State University. 

I was a postdoctoral researcher and Adjunct Professor at the Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies in Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.
