Zachariah Berry is an Assistant Professor of Management & Organization at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He broadly studies morality at work, drawing on theory and methods from organizational ethics and moral psychology to answer his questions. His current research explores how people 1) think about moral character, 2) ascribe morality to their work and relationships, and 3) think about and navigate conflicts between their values. He also has nascent interests in research on moral change.
